When booking a class through our branded App or MindBody you automatically agree to Yoga at House of Prana Terms and Conditions.

Please read carefully.

Pricing

All prices quoted for goods and services include GST. unless otherwise specified. Yoga at House of Prana may from time to time at its absolute discretion, vary its prices based on, amongst other things, any changes in the cost of providing these goods and services to you, by providing prior written notice. Any changes pf the prices will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Students Pricing

We love and support young people beginning their yoga journey. If you’re a student wanting to try, email us before coming to class and we can process the below discounts for you.

* Children 10 to 18 years old receive 20% Discount on the 5 Class Pass

* Students over 18 years receive 10% Discount on the 5 Class Pass

Booking Policy

To ensure you can attend your preferred classes you must book ahead of the class using the online booking system available on our website, MindBody Online site, or mobile app. This is required to make sure we have enough space available for each class. Alternatively, you may attend the studio prior to the scheduled start time for any class and join that class subject to availability and space.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. To book into a class, you must either have an active membership or class package or make a payment at the time of booking.

Due to the current covid situation, we are asking all yogis to pre-book their classes prior to attending. Please be aware of our class cancellation policy.

 

Class Cancellation Policy

If you have booked into a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must withdraw from the class through our website, MindBody Online site, or mobile app. We do not cancel classes through txt message.In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must remove yourself from:

AERIAL YOGA – 8 hours prior to commencement of class.

All Other Class – 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time. – there is no cancellation fee for ‘All other classes’.

This cancellation policy applies to people on the Yoga at House of Prana  membership offering, YHOP Intro offering, YHOP class pack or YHOP single class.  YHOP will not accept cancellations by text, phone, voicemail, email, or any other method other than by using the website, MindBody Online site, or Prana mobile app.

Due to small class sizes for AERIAL YOGA there will be a fee if:

  • Cancellation occurs within 8 HOURS prior class start time or;
  • A ‘no show’ occurs.
  • Early cancel – cancellation is available until 8 hours before the start of class with no fees occurring.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fees are applied to AERIAL YOGA classes. Early Cancellation is available up to 8 HOURS before the start of class with no fee occurring.

Cancellation and ‘No Show’ Fees for AERIAL YOGA are below:

  • Late cancel – cancelling within the 8 hour period prior to class starting will incur a fee of $5
  • No Show – booking a class and not showing will incur a fee $10.

A txt message & email reminder is sent prior to class. Make sure your details are current. It is your responsibility.

Fee payments are automatically processed the following day and the class is credited to your account to use again.

 

Waitlist Policy

  • Joining a class waitlist is worthwhile as spaces often become available.
  • To be notified if a place becomes available, you must be subscribed to Reminders and schedule changes in notification settings. Subscriptions can be edited in your  log in/profile information.  choose from email or text.
  • If space becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified by email or text, please accept the booking or decline as soon as possible so the class can be offered to the next person.
  • If your plans change please remove yourself from the waitlist.

 

Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Membership payments can be changed to Direct debit if preferred, this can be arranged by email.

 

  • 12 – week minimum memberships must be paid in full prior to canceling.

 

  • Memberships must be cancelled via email to [email protected]; phone messages or SMS/messenger will not be accepted. Please make sure you have removed yourself from any future classes to avoid being charge a no show or late cancellation fee.

 

  • Flexible memberships* (including Virtual memberships*) can be cancelled from your account profile; www.houseofprana.com – yoga – Log in – My info – Account. Log in via a browser, phone apps don’t have this feature.   *If downgrading or upgrading to another membership while already fulfilling a 12 Week minimum contract the new flexible membership will be fixed until the terms of the 12 week contract are achieved.. Please see downgrading & upgrading memberships.

 

Downgrading & upgrading membership offerings

At House of Prana we understand things change. We all set out with the best intentions and then life throws us surprises, curve balls and random events (which keeps it interesting!). If this happens please reach out to us and we can discuss your options in fulfilling your 12- week minimum membership contract. On the other end, if you are enjoying your yoga more than you originally thought  (which we love!) we can help you upgrade your membership.

If down grading or upgrading while still in your 12 week minimum period, the 12 week minimum period does not start again.

Downgrading options

  • $39.00  unlimited membership (12 week minimum) can downgrade to  $29.00 2 x classes a week (12 week minimum) or $14.00 Virtual* Membership. *Please note: the Virtual Membership does not normally have a minimum contract but, $14.00 virtual unlimited would be fixed until the original 12 week minimum contract has been achieved. 

Upgrading options (sky’s the limit!)

  •  $29 2 x classes per week can upgrade to $39 unlimited (12 week minimum) or $49.00* unlimited. *Please note: $49.00 unlimited would be fixed until the original 12 week minimum contract has been achieved.

1. 12 weeks of minimum commitment at the agreed rate. Auto-renews after 12 weeks, until we receive cancellation notice via email; no phone messages, or SMS/messenger;

2. At any time, the direct debit can be upgraded to unlimited  classes per wk, or downgraded again;

3. Suspensions during the minimum period are available in the following circumstances.

  1. During forced government closures to House of Prana and will automatically resume upon reopening;
  2. Or upon an email of a doctors certificate should you be unable to practice due to serious illness; the minimum period of 12 wks must be observed at a future date;

4. The suspension can be for any period, as long as the minimum period of 12 wks is observed at a later date;

5. Seven days notice by email prior to the suspension date is required (so we can activate in time);

6. Payments are processed automatically each fortnight until you notify the studio that you wish to cancel your membership;

7. If the membership price rises, it will automatically occur anytime after the initial 12 weeks, you will be given 2 weeks notice via email to opt-out if you don’t wish to continue;

8. Direct debit payments are processed by Ezidebit Pty Ltd (ACN 096902813) on behalf of House of Prana;

9. By accepting this contract you authorise Ezidebit to process payments, for more information on Ezidebit please see our website.

 

 $39 pw Unlimited Classes (Minimum 12 week Contract)

Yes, I want to test drive Yoga at House of Prana. I want to experience the transformative powers of Yoga and Hot Pilates.

I understand that I will be billed just $1 for the first two weeks and I will be billed fortnightly my agreed weekly fee after the two-week trial finishes unless…

I give 3 days prior email notice to [email protected] that I do not wish to continue practicing.

If I don’t give notice to cancel the trial I may cancel the membership after the committed period with seven days written notice.

I agree with the below details of how the direct debit membership works after the 2 week trial period:

Virtual Offerings

$14 pw Unlimited Virtual classes (No fixed contract)*

Unlimited Virtual memberships can be started and stopped at anytime. No minimum contracts. *If downgrading from another membership with a minimum 12 week contract then the virtual membership will be fixed until the 12 week minimum contract has been achieved. 

I understand that I will be billed $14 automatically each week and I agree with the below details of how the direct debit system works.

1. Payments are processed automatically each week, until you cancel the membership online or notify the studio you wish to cancel.

2. Cancel anytime yourself online – Login to your profile/account from our website using a browser (please note: phone apps don’t have this feature). Go to houseofprana.com – yoga – Login – My Info – Account.

3. If you wish to cancel via email, [email protected] seven days notice is required so we can activate in time.

4. Direct debit payments are processed by Ezidebit Pty Ltd (ACN 096902813) on behalf of House of Prana.

5. Prices are inclusive of bank fees and credit card charges.

  • Upfront payment of $1500.00
  • 12 Months + 1 month bonus (13 months in total)

  • 6 months + 2 weeks bonus (26 weeks)

Payment processing provider – Ezidebit DDR Service Agreement (Ver 1.6)

I/We hereby authorise Ezidebit Pty Ltd ACN 096 902 813 (Direct Debit User ID number 165969, 303909, 301203, 234040, 234072, 428198) (herein referred to as “Ezidebit”) to make periodic debits on behalf of the “Business” as indicated on the attached Direct Debit Request (herein referred to as “the Business”).

I/We acknowledge that Ezidebit is acting as a Direct Debit Agent for the Business and that Ezidebit does not provide any goods or services (other than the direct debit collection services to me/us for the Business pursuant to the Direct Debit Request and this DDR Service Agreement) and has no express or implied liability in regards to the goods and services provided by the Business or the terms and conditions of any agreement that I/We have with the Business.

I/We acknowledge that the debit amount will be debited from my/our account according to the terms and conditions of my/our agreement with the Business and the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request (and specifically the Debit Arrangement and the Fees/Charges detailed in the Direct Debit Request) and this DDR Service Agreement.

I/We acknowledge that bank account and/or credit card details have been verified against a recent bank statement to ensure accuracy of the details provided and I/we will contact my/our financial institution if I/we are uncertain of the accuracy of these details.

I/We acknowledge that is my/our responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient cleared funds in the nominated account by the due date to enable the direct debit to be honored on the debit date. Direct debits normally occur overnight, however, transactions can take up to three (3) business days depending on the financial institution. Accordingly, I/we acknowledge and agree that sufficient funds will remain in the nominated account until the direct debit amount has been debited from the account and that if there are insufficient funds available, I/we agree that Ezidebit will not be held responsible for any fees and charges that may be charged by either my/our or its financial institution.

I/We acknowledge that there may be a delay in processing the debit if:-

  1. there is a public or bank holiday on the day of the debit, or any day after the debit date;
  2. a payment request is received by Ezidebit on a day that is not a banking business day in Queensland;
  3. a payment request is received after normal Ezidebit cut-off times, being 3:00 pm Queensland time, Monday to Friday. Any payments that fall due on any of the above will be processed on the next business day.

I/We authorise Ezidebit to vary the amount of the payments from time to time as may be agreed by me/us and the Business as provided for within my/our agreement with the Business. I/We authorise Ezidebit to vary the amount of the payments upon receiving instructions from the Business of the agreed variations. I/We do not require Ezidebit to notify me/us of such variations to the debit amount.

I/We acknowledge that Ezidebit is to provide at least 14 days’ notice if it proposes to vary any of the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request or this DDR Service Agreement including varying any of the terms of the debit arrangements between us.

I/We acknowledge that I/we will contact the Business if I/we wish to alter or defer any of the debit arrangements.
I/We acknowledge that any request by me/us to stop or cancel the debit arrangements will be directed to the Business.

I/We acknowledge that any disputed debit payments will be directed to the Business and/or Ezidebit. If no resolution is forthcoming, I/we agree to contact my/our financial institution.

I/We acknowledge that if a debit is returned by my/our financial institution as unpaid, a failed payment fee is payable by me/us to Ezidebit. I/We will also be responsible for any fees and charges applied by my/our financial institution for each unsuccessful debit attempt together with any collection fees, including but not limited to any solicitor fees and/or collection agent fee as may be incurred by Ezidebit.

I/We authorise Ezidebit to attempt to re-process any unsuccessful payments as advised by the Business.

I/We acknowledge that certain fees and charges (including setup, variation, SMS, or processing fees) may apply to the Direct Debit Request and may be payable to Ezidebit and subject to my/our agreement with the Business agree to pay those fees and charges to Ezidebit.

 

Credit Card Payments

I/We acknowledge that “Ezidebit” will appear as the merchant for all payments from my/our credit card. I/We acknowledge and agree that Ezidebit will not be held liable for any disputed transactions resulting in the non-supply of goods and/or services and that all disputes will be directed to the Business as Ezidebit is acting only as a Direct Debit Agent for the Business. I/We acknowledge and agree that in the event that a claim is made, Ezidebit will not be liable for the refund of any funds and agree to reimburse Ezidebit for any successful claims made by the Card Holder through their financial institution against Ezidebit.

I/We acknowledge that Credit Card Fees are a minimum of the Transaction Fee or the Credit Card Fee, whichever is greater as detailed on the Direct Debit Request.

I/We appoint Ezidebit as my/our exclusive agent with regard to the control, management, and protection of my/our personal information (relating to the Business and contained in this DDR Service Agreement). I/We irrevocably authorise Ezidebit to take all necessary action (which Ezidebit deems necessary) to protect and/or correct, if required, my/our personal information, including (but not limited to) correcting account numbers and providing such information to relevant third parties and otherwise disclosing or allowing access to my/our personal information to third parties in accordance with the Ezidebit Privacy Policy.

Other than as provided in this Agreement or the Ezidebit Privacy Policy, Ezidebit will keep your information about your nominated account at the financial institution private and confidential unless this information is required to investigate a claim made relating to an alleged incorrect or wrongful debit, to be referred to a debt collection agency for the purposes of debt collection or as otherwise required or permitted by law. Ezidebit’s Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.ezidebit.com.au/privacy-policy/

I/We hereby irrevocably authorise, direct and instruct any third party who holds/stores my/our personal information (relating to the Business and contained in this DDR Service Agreement) to release and provide such information to Ezidebit on my/our written request.

I/We authorise:
a) Ezidebit to verify and/or correct, if necessary, details of my/our account with my/our financial institution; and b) my/our financial institution to release information allowing Ezidebit to verify my/our account details.

  • Autopay contracts during the 12 week minimum periods with a presentation of Doctors’ recommendation certificate. Minimum periods can be honored at a later date. Our teachers are qualified to assist injury rehabilitation in specific classes.
  • 6-month memberships if the Doctors recommendation certificate states longer than 2 weeks.
  • 12-month membership if Doctor recommendation certificates state longer than 1 month.

 

Payment processing provider – Ezidebit DDR Service Agreement (Ver 1.6)

I/We hereby authorise Ezidebit Pty Ltd ACN 096 902 813 (Direct Debit User ID number 165969, 303909, 301203, 234040, 234072, 428198) (herein referred to as “Ezidebit”) to make periodic debits on behalf of the “Business” as indicated on the attached Direct Debit Request (herein referred to as “the Business”).
